The year is 3024... On a beautiful island in the North Sea, where the stars almost reach to the hilltops during the cold months, a man stood on a kitchen chair one evening. He stretched his arms as high as he could... and lo and behold, he found he could touch the stars. Unbeknownst to him, a star materialised in his hand moments later. A peerless jewel, a newborn ember of light. From that instant, he was possessed! Every night, the man plucked stars from the sky. His son's warnings fell on deaf ears...
